Often times, I hear people say that it is important to make our money work harder for us. But frankly, how many of us know how to put this doctrine into practice? It was with this vague idea in mind that my sister and I first ventured into buying an overseas property in Australia some 11 years ago. We would have left it at that (that is, just continue to hold one property) if not for KS.
